A written review of your software and a costed plan for what to do next.
Best for: firms with existing software who want to know where it stands before committing to more work.
Not included: carrying out the plan. That moves into a retainer or a fixed-price project.
From £1,250
One process automated or one tool connected, working in your business.
Best for: firms losing time to one repetitive task, or to two systems that don't talk to each other.
Not included: further processes or tools, each quoted at a fixed price, and looking after the setup afterwards, which is covered by Care.
From £4,500
A working tool for one workflow, with 30 days of fixes after it goes live.
Best for: firms starting from nothing, or running a workflow on spreadsheets and email.
Not included: further workflows, quoted as a fixed-price project, and care after the first 30 days, which is covered by the retainers.
Here's what the coding covers in each retainer:
£495 a month
Your software kept secure, updated, backed up and working.
Best for: firms that rely on their software and want it looked after.
Not included: improvements, which come with Care plus improve, and new features, which come with Partner or a fixed-price project.
£1,250 a month
Everything in Care, plus one improvement shipped every month.
An improvement is a small change to software you already have, such as a tweak to a screen, report, form or workflow. It isn't a new feature or a new tool.
Best for: firms that want their software to get better month by month.
Not included: new features, new tools and a quarterly plan. Those come with Partner or a fixed-price project.
From £2,250 a month
A plan agreed each quarter, then delivered, plus advice on tools and suppliers.
Best for: firms that want one partner to plan and deliver their software work.
Not included: work outside the agreed quarterly plan, which is quoted as a fixed-price project.
Anything larger than these offers is quoted as a fixed-price project before work starts.
